Birthday celebrations call for something special so we're serving up Spicy Stir Fried Mushroom Brushetta from Cooking Light, followed by Peppered Tenderloins in Whiskey Sauce with Hazelnut-Cranberry Sundaes for dessert...a little decadent for sure. But, birthdays only come around once a year!

It's a warm Saturday evening in June, and Steven's barbecuing chicken for dinner. We're plating it with two mushroom side dishes, both of which were recent recipe contest winners in the Better Homes & Garden's monthly Prize Tested Recipe feature.
After sampling these recipes, there is no doubt in our minds as to why they were selected as the prize winning dishes!
